The progress reporting consists of:
- One mandatory meeting in the 3rd semester (Third semester follow-up)
- Annual reports submitted electronically
- Some units also conduct follow-up meetings in the 5th and 7th semester
The third semester follow-up
All PhD candidates are invited to a meeting between 12 and 15 months after the PhD candidate's appointment date. This third semester follow-up meeting is mandatory, and the purpose is to follow up the candidate's progress until now.
