Study guidance at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences

We can help you choose subjects within the natural sciences, have your previous education approved, compose a bachelor's degree, have other education recognized for the bachelor's programme, and with one-year natural science programmes, studies abroad, laws and rules, practical aspects of student life, life after university, etc.

If you have questions about a specific bachelor's or master's programme or the academic content of courses and programmes, contact the Department that offers the study programme or course directly.

Should you have questions concerning career opportunities, please contact your Department or the Career Services.

Study guidance is available from Monday to Friday. Make an appointment at MN Student Information. You will be given a private appointment with a student advisor, and we will provide you with the time you need.

To fully benefit from a guidance session, you should check the relevant written information on our Web pages in advance. The University's service declaration provides an overview of the kind of information you may expect to receive and the guidance offered, and what the University of Oslo expects of you as a student.
