Academic interests
I am curious about the mechanisms behind pharmacokinetic interindividual variability, and the development of models and applications to aid the personalization of medicine.
Among our research tools are population- (popPK) and physiology-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models, in vitro - in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE), and clinical trials.
