Trond Vidar receives 2 millon NOK from the Research Council of Norway.

VITADEL is a collaborative project between the Department of Pharmacy (UiO), the University of Bergen, and Vestlandets Innovasjonsselskap: VIS.

The VITADEL project, which is a collaboration between Professors James B. Lorens and Knut Teigen, both from the University of Bergen, and Trond Vidar Hansen from the Department of Pharmacy, University of Oslo, has received NOK 5,000,000 in verification support from the Research Council. NOK 2,000,000 of this funding goes to the LIPCHEM research group. The project is led by the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, represented by PhD Malgorzata Barczyk. Congratulations!

The commercialization support from the Research Council aims to increase the commercial utilization of publicly funded research.

The purpose of the verification support aligns with the objective of Horizon Europe's EIC-Transition: to mature and validate new technologies from the laboratory to relevant application environments.

The goal upon completion of the verification project is to resolve the most critical questions and uncertainties, thereby triggering the next step in the commercialization process.
