Costs of accomodation
Hotel and conference rates are for Academia and Government employees/students/ENTIS members.

Conference participants
- Single room: NOK 1100 per night
- Double room: NOK 850 per person per night
- Breakfast and dinner is included in the cost of accomodation. Drinks are not included.
Accompanying persons
- Double room with conference participant: NOK 1430 per person per night
Breakfast, lunch and dinner (except ENTIS conference dinner) is included. Drinks are not included. - ENTIS Conference dinner in Oslo: NOK 1190
- ENTIS welcome reception: NOK 200

The hotel is fully booked from Wednesday 4th to Thursday 5th September. We recomend you book hotel in Oslo city center this night. If you book hotel close to the central station or National Teateret station you will be close to both the Airport Express Train (Flytoget) and bus to Holmen Fjordhotel. Food and drinks
For those staying at Holmen Fjordhotell
- Tea/coffee and lunches are included in the registration fee for both events.
- Welcome Reception Thursday 5th September is included.
- Conference dinner at Frognerseteren Friday 6th September is included in the registration fee for the ENTIS Conference.
- Breakfast is included in the cost of accommodation.
- Breakfast is served Mon-Fri 7:00 - 9:30 and Sat-Sun 8:00 - 11:00.
- Dinner Thursday and Friday is included in the cost of accommodation.
- Dinner Saturday evening is not included. A PharmaTox Symposium dinner Saturday will be by special invitation.
- Drinks at Holmen Fjordhotell are not included. Drinks are included only at Frognerseteren.
For those not staying at Holmen Fjordhotell
- Tea/coffee and lunches are included in the registration fee for both events.
- Conference dinner at Frognerseteren Friday 6th September is included in the registration fee for the ENTIS Conference.

Travel
Oslo Airport (OSL) has excellent ground transport connections to and from the airport.
- From Oslo Airport, take the Airport Express Train (Flytoget) to Lysaker train station, then take bus no 250 (not 250E) to the bus stop Grønlia. The bus stop is right next to Holmen Fjordhotel.

- From Oslo Airport, take the Airport Express Train (Flytoget) to Sandvika train station. Taxi from Sandvika train station to Holmen Fjordhotel (approx. NOK 250)
