Academic interests

I study electrically- and optically-active defects in semiconducting oxides (TiO2, ZnO, Ga2O3) using optical as well as electrical characterisation techniques (Photoluminescence spectroscopy, Impedance Spectroscopy, Deep-level transient Spectroscopy,...). Furthermore, I am involved in extending the experimental techniques available in our research group.
