Dark Matter and Gravitational Waves from Inflation and Primordial Black Holes Production

Sergey Ketov, Tokyo Metropolitan University

Weekly Theory Seminar.

Abstract.

Starobinsky inflation is reviewed and extended in the framework of modified F(R) gravity in order to accommodate production of primordial black holes (PBH) at smaller scales. Those PBH may form dark matter (DM) in the current Universe. The density and frequency of the PBH-induced gravitational waves (GW) are derived and compared to the sensitivity curves of the future space-based gravitational interferometers, which makes it possible to probe our models. If the time allows, the supergravity realisation of a similar scenario with spontaneous high-scale supersymmetry breaking is proposed and its connections to the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) and the LHC precision measurements of particle physics are outlined.
