The hotel is fully booked.
We've booked rooms at Svalbard Hotel Elvesletta. All participants who filled in the registration form (and are not from University of Oslo) are requested to contact marte@svalbardbooking.com to confirm your arrival and agree on the payment for the room. Please refer to the conference organized by the University of Oslo in May. The cost of a single room is 1190 NOK per person/night and a double room costs 1290 NOK (but it can be split in half). The hotel will keep a room for you to the end of January. After this date, we cannot guarantee available rooms.

Regarding the transportation to the hotel: you will arrive at Svalbard Airport Longyerbyen. The airport is about 5 km away from the city Lonyearbyen where all the hotels are located. From the airport, you have many buses and taxies to the hotels. We recommend taking a bus. It stops in front of each hotel in Longyearbyen.
