- Abstract submission for talks: 14th of February. Abstract submission can be done via Indico.
- Notification of accepted talks: 1st of March
- Registration deadline: 1st of April. Registration can be done via nettskjema.
Conference fees:
- Standard: NOK 2500
- Standard (no conference dinner): NOK 1500
- Student: NOK 1500
- Student (no conference dinner): NOK 500
- Accompanying Person (conference dinner) NOK 1000
Payment can be made via epay.

As in previous Oslo Workshops, the program will allow ample time for discussions. The list of speakers and a detailed program will be posted on the conference website and will be included in the next circular in early April 2024.
