Dark matter lunches
[currently discontinued] Every Friday (note the new day!), 12:20-13:15, Astro meeting room (ITA)
We meet in an informal atmosphere and discuss "all you always wanted to know about dark matter but never dared to". This includes explicitly the most 'basic' questions ("does DM really exist? How do we know it's a particle? Why are halos round?"), which indeed are often hardest to answer. Everyone is welcome, especially PhD and MSc students.

Kick-off with popular talks and cake
May 29, 2015

We had a very successful kick-off meeting, attracting in particular many students. Due to the great interest (the picture does not show the people waiting in the corridor!), we had in fact to move the event to the main auditorium.
Slides of the two popular presentations can be found here and here.
