Welcome to the PhD Day 2026
This day is a great opportunity to meet colleagues who are also working on their PhDs and to get to know each other's research, helping to build collaboration networks for future scientific ventures.
We hope as many of you as possible will attend, bring a poster, and give a short presentation of your research. Please be prepared for a 1–2 minute presentation, followed by interaction in small groups discussing various scientific projects.

About the PhD Day at Department of Geosciences
The PhD Networking Day at the Department of Geosciences was first held in 2025 and was a great success! In 2026, we are organizing the event again with the aim of creating a meeting place where you, as a Doctoral Research Fellow (stipendiat/PhD candidate), can get to know colleagues from other sections at the Department of Geosciences, University of Oslo.
