At Juvflya/Galdhøpiggen in Jotunheimen, large solifluction velocities are being measured, probably linked to climate change and thawing permafrost. INSAR measures these movements, and the thesis will evaluate and quantify the movements, validate them with field measurements, and relate the findings to climate and topographical factors and landscape development in mountainous areas.
