Title: Pressure in Lipid Bilayers
Abstract: The hybrid particle-field molecular dynamics is a computationally efficient method for studying large biomacromolecules. We have been writing our own code to implement this and in this talk, I will present the recent formulation of pressure in systems with interfaces such as lipid bilayers. I will also show some preliminary results that confirm the correctness of our formulation.
