Considering the target of the MECS project, we can use some sensors on the robot, feature extraction tools, recognition/prediction engines, and probable outcomes of the robotic system for elderly healthcare. In the robotic system to be developed, ambient sensors will be mostly focused, which makes the system much interesting as well as challenging. So, the elderly healthcare robotic system can be developed by focusing on various behavior recognition or prediction techniques from data acquired via distinguished ambient sensors.
