CUJO AI is the creator of the IETF Quality of Outcome draft (draft-ietf-ippm-qoo-02 - Quality of Outcome). Quality of Outcome (QoO) is a framework that aims to align network quality directly with application outcomes. CUJO AI has developed an agent for residential broadband gateways that implement Quality of Outcome, and prove to be a reliable performance predictor over Wi-Fi and fixed access network technologies. The agent is in the process of being deployed to more than 60 million homes.
In collaboration with Ericsson, CUJO AI are now starting a project to explore the similar performance prediction capabilities of Quality of Outcome on mobile radio networks. The goal of this thesis is to create an estimator that can robustly predict Quality of Outcome score based on these meta data. Data from experiments set up in Ericssons radio network lab will be available.
