Welcome to 3 days of compulsory lectures, and social activities - an academic and social start to your studies.
Use the opportunity to network, and get to know both your fellow students and the research groups at the institute. Get help to choose courses and get an overview of the curriculum.
We hereby invite female Master's students to a sneak peek event on August 12th. The event is for female students starting on a Master's program in informatics or entrepreneurship this fall. Feel free to participate, whether you are a fresh IFI student or just a fresh Master's student.
The Department of Informatics is pleased to invite all candidates who have submitted their thesis during the spring semester of 2019 to a formal reception. There will be a ceremony where candidates will be awarded a temporary diploma. Candidates, supervisors, family, friends and fellow students are all welcome!
Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th of April is spring master's week - open to all IFI students who started their master's degree in fall 2018.
There will be no attendance taken for this master's week, and you can choose which sessions to attend.
The introduction week for New masters students in the spring semester of 2019, will take place on Tuesday, January 8th, Wednesday, January 9th and Friday, January 11th. NO events will take place on Thursday, January 10th.
All lectures will be in English, unless otherwise specified.

4 days of mandatory lectures. Main focus on getting started on the thesis. NB! There might occur changes in the program.
