The file Commands-Figure-17-1.R contains R script that reproduces Figure 17.1 in Section 17.5.1.
The file Commands-Table-17-3-Figure-17-3.R contains R script that reproduces Table 17.3 and Figure 17.3 in Sections 17.5.4 and 17.5.5. The script uses the a modified version of the cch command given in the script cch2.R.
R code for the additive hazards model is described here (cf. Section 17.7).
The R scripts use the data sets tb.cohort.txt, tb.cascoh.txt, tb.cascoh.S.txt, tb.saRxcc.txt, and tb.saRxcc.S.txt.
