Giovanni writes the following about himself and the plans for his stay at Njord:
"I’m working on deep-seated pseudotachylytes (i.e. fossilized earthquakes) from the Musgrave Ranges (central Australia). During my stay I will perform HR-EBSD on seismically shocked garnets to investigate the residual stresses".
