Academic interests
I am interested in the deposition and properties of thin films. My project should focus on transition metal oxide functional films, finding and optimizing new ALD routes for them, and integrating them into semiconductor devices.
Background
I graduated from the Erasmus Mundus joint master's program "Advanced Spectroscopy in Chemistry" where I studied different semesters at the universities of Lille, Bologna, and Helsinki. At Helsinki, I got to learn and focus on thin films and ALD.
Before that, I had a bachelor's in Nanophysics at Zewail City.
