Academic interests
I am a part of the hyPPER-project: Hybrid Protonic Reactor for Flexible Energy Conversion, Storage and Transmission by Reversible Organic Electrolysis. We are using computational methods and tools, such as DFT and COMSOL, to describe atomic and ionic diffusion accross interfaces.
Other interests include a combination of experimental and computational methods to describe material properties. In particular:
- Helium atom scattering
- DFT
- Molecular dynamics
- Surface dynamics
- 2D materials
- Amorphous materials and the boson peak
