Academic interests

I study the positive electrodes (positrodes) of proton ceramic electrochemical cells - with particular focus on the water splitting reaction. Electrochemical impedance sectroscopy (EIS), Butler-Volmer theory, thermodynamics and DFT are some of my interests.

Background

In my M.Sc. thesis, I focused on the current-voltage-reasistance relationship of positrodes for solid oxide and proton ceramic electrochemical cells. I am experienced with measurements and the subsequent analysis of methods such as EIS and voltammetry.
