Academic Interests

My current research activities include: precision measurements of the Higgs boson with the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (CERN); exploring the possible link between Dark Matter and the Higgs boson; the statistical treatment of search results (e.g. the CLs prescription); and application of methods of signal processing and data analysis (e.g. Compressed sensing, Gaussian Processes, and Machine learning) to challenges in experimental particle physics.
