Goals of the meeting:

1. Foster Collaboration

Encourage networking and open discussions among collaborators to identify potential synergies. With all the data we have gathered so far there is lots of potential.

Facilitate the formation of new partnerships to leverage data with diverse expertise and perspectives.

2. Provide Constructive Feedback

Allow researchers to present their individual projects and preliminary results.

Offer a platform for receiving constructive feedback from peers to refine research approaches, methodologies, and analyses.

3. Share Insights and Best Practices

Encourage participants to share lessons learned, challenges faced, and successful strategies employed in their projects.

Promote knowledge exchange on research techniques, data management practices, and analytical methodologies.

4. Discuss Data Integration Opportunities

Identify opportunities for combining datasets, and discuss methodologies for data integration that can enhance research outcomes.

Explore the potential for joint analyses or collaborative studies that utilize data from multiple projects.

5. Explore Future Directions

Discuss emerging trends and areas of interest within the field that may inform future research directions.

Brainstorm ideas for pilot projects or funding opportunities that align with collective goals.

6. Establish Milestones and Action Plans

Define clear next steps for ongoing projects based on discussions and feedback received during the meeting.

Develop action plans for proposed collaborations, including timelines, authorship, responsibilities, and anticipated outcomes.

Establish follow-up mechanisms, such as regular progress updates or collaborative working groups.
