A key enabler of this vision is the digitalization of our internal and external operations, with recent advances in data science and machine learning playing a critical role in our data-driven decision-making.
In this talk, Nicholas will outline how data science and machine learning align with their strategic goals, highlighting the development of their new data and analytics platform. He will also showcase specific use cases where these technologies have enhanced our decision-making processes, illustrating their impact on their mission to make taxation easy and accurate.
