Abstract
Climate change is rapidly reshaping the geographical distribution of species worldwide, yet the translation of these shifts into human health outcomes remains poorly understood. While climate impacts and biodiversity responses are increasingly well-documented, studies of ecological redistribution and human health have largely been conducted in isolation, obscuring the pathway from ecological change to health risk. To address this, we propose a Climate–Biodiversity–Health (CBH) nexus framework, which conceptualizes climate-driven species redistribution as a dynamic mediator linking climatic forcing to human health.
