Professional interest
I have previously worked as a frontline manager and am particularly interested in the interplay between leadership, organisational structures and the working environment. In my role as an HR adviser, my focus is on how I can contribute to fair, well-founded and transparent decision-making processes, clear and responsible leadership, and the sustainable development of organisations.
A key area of interest is how employers can facilitate employees in realising their potential and developing in line with both their own goals and the University of Oslo's objectives. This involves work on structure and culture that support performance, wellbeing and development.
