Working areas

Analysis and identification of peptides, proteins and drugs with LC/MS and HPLC/UV, including trypsinization, sample preparation and purification (with magnetic beads, antibodies, SPE and PALME).
Responsibile for the operation and maintenance of instruments (HPLC/MS  and HPLC/UV) and training of personell in use of the instruments.

Master in Biomedicine and medical laboratory scientist with broad experience from pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis on documenting new substances in the early stages of projects, including responsibility for the documentation of the product in accordance with applicable quality standards (GLP / GMP).
 
Extensive experience in the development, verification / validation and documentation of analytical methods for biological- and chemical analyzes and biochemical characterization of various substances in biological and chemical samples with different analytical techniques.
