Analyse og identifikasjon av peptider, proteiner og legemidler med LC/MS og HPLC/UV, inkludert trypsinering, prøveopparbeidelse (opprensing med magnestiske kuler, antistoff, SPE, PALME).
Ansvar for drift og vedlikehold av instrumenter (HPLC/MS, HPLC/UV) og opplæring i bruk av instrumentene.
Praktisk tilrettelegging og veiledning i laboratoriekurs:

Bakgrunn
Master i Biomedisin og bioingeniør med bred erfaring innen farmasøytisk industri med hovedvekt på å dokumentere nye substanser i tidlig fase prosjekter, inkludert ansvar for dokumentasjon av selve produktet i henhold til gjeldene kvalitetsstandard (GLP/GMP).
Omfattende erfaring med utvikling, verifisering/validering og dokumentasjon av analysemetoder for biologiske- og kjemiske analyser og biokjemisk karakterisering av ulike substanser i biologiske og kjemiske prøver med ulike analyseteknikker.
