I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Occupational Health at McGill University, supervised by Drs. Robert Platt and Natalie Dayan. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Health (Health services research) from the University of Sheffield, England and a PhD in Reproductive and Developmental Sciences from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
My research expertise is in maternal-child health, including prediction modelling, and longitudinal cohort analysis, to better document and prevent maternal and infant complications over the life course, including cardiovascular disease. My research includes studying the short- and long-term outcomes of pregnancy complications, and development and validation of prediction models in maternal and perinatal health.
I am really excited and thankful to join PharmaSafe at UiO, to examine trends in cardiovascular medication prescription during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a subproject under the EU-COVID-19 project funded by the Norwegian Research Council. I look forward to collaborating with this highly diverse and expert research team.
