I am a Postdoctoral Data Scientist at the Health Data Science Section in the Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS) at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.

My research interests include pharmacoepidemiologic research in drug shortages, pregnancy, and osteoarthritis. I further carry out methodologic work for the Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI) to enhance our research using the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership  (OMOP) common data model.

During my International Alliance for PharmacoGenetic Epidemiology Excellence (iAPOGEE) Visiting Fellowship, I will collaborate with members of the PharmaSafe Research Group to validate and improve the OMOP pregnancy algorithm in European health data, in particular using the Norwegian birth registry data as a benchmark.
