PharmaSafe at Farmasidagene 2024

Farmasidagene 2024, held on November 14-15, celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Norsk Farmasøytisk Selskap with the theme "Tilbake til fremtiden!" (Back to the Future!). The conference featured a diverse range of topics, reflecting on the past, present, and future of pharmacy.

The event explored historical perspectives on the evolution of pharmacy, discussed current challenges in health preparedness and the geopolitical landscape, and highlighted innovative practices in community pharmacy. Sessions also delved into controversial treatments and patient choices, ethical considerations in patient care, and sustainability in pharmacy, including the recycling of medical pens. The conference included interactive elements such as Pecha Kucha presentations and workshops on effective patient communication.
