This meeting holds a key relevance for PharmaSafe's research initiatives, particularly in the monitoring and assessment of adverse effects associated with medications. One of our primary research focuses is conducting post-authorization studies to evaluate the safety of drugs.
Additionally, Hedvig Nordeng serves as an appointed independent scientific expert on the Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee (PRAC), further strengthening our commitment to ensuring drug safety and efficacy. Her expertise contributes significantly to the scientific integrity and rigor of PRAC's evaluations and recommendations.
Topics in this conference included the role of pharmacoepidemiology and real-world studies in pharmacovigilance, medication errors and medication safety, and signal detection.
