The International Alliance for PharmacoGenetic Epidemiology Excellence (iAPOGEE) is dedicated to advancing education and research in pharmaco- and genetic epidemiology. Recently, we hosted a productive meeting between PharmaSafe members from the University of Oslo and our collaborators from the iAPOGEE partner institution, the University of Southern Denmark (Syddansk Universitet).
This gathering provided an invaluable opportunity for networking and the exchange of ideas on potential collaborative projects. Participants had the chance to share insights into applied methodologies and discuss the utilization of Norwegian and Danish registry data.
Key topics covered during the meeting included:
- The Nordic Common Data Model
- Trajectories in Data Modeling with Complex Exposures
- Nationwide Registry-Based Screening for Potential Associations Between In Utero Drug Exposure and Congenital Malformations
We are thrilled with the outcomes of this meeting and eagerly anticipate future collaborations within the iAPOGEE partnership.
