Medina holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Oslo.
Since completing her degree, Medina has built solid professional experience in pharmacovigilance and patient safety within the pharmaceutical industry.
In her role at the University of Oslo, Medina will primarily contribute to teaching in pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacovigilance, with a particular focus on the practical application of drug safety, regulatory frameworks, and real‑world patient safety work. Through this position, she will support the education of future pharmacists by integrating perspectives from both academia and industry.
