After being graduated as clinical pharmacist in Vietnam (2014), I moved to France for further studies: master in Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance (2015), master in Therapeutic Optimization (2016), master in Comparative Effectiveness Research (2017) and PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology (2020).

My research interests lie in the field of Pharmacoepidemiology, especially in drug utilisation and drug safety research using large drug-related databases and time-series analysis techniques. My PhD project addressed methodological and practical aspects of antibiotic utilisation in children in France. I also have some external collaborations on studies about opioid use and economic downturns, neural tube defects and heatwaves, and the use of proton-pump inhibitors in children.

My research as part of Pharmasafe team will focus on antibiotic prescription fills in pregnant and breastfeeding women (visiting research stay funded by PharmaTox QSL visiting scholar program) and on the effectiveness and safety of antidepressant medication during pregnancy and after childbirth (postdoc employed by University of Oslo).
