Most of you have now spent the last three semesters working on one of the biggest projects of your life so far: your master thesis project. In collaboration with KURT, we want to give you the chance to join a workshop that will give you a space to learn how to create your master thesis.

8th Workshop on Level Density and Gamma Strength, Oslo, 2021 (Date to be decided) May 3, 2021 12:00 AM
The scientific program will include invited talks, selected oral contributions from submitted abstracts, and poster presentations, covering the following topics:
- Nuclear level density
- Gamma-ray strength function
- Phase transitions in mesoscopic systems
- Applications in astrophysics and reactor physics
- Other related topics
As in previous Oslo Workshops, the program will allow ample time for discussions. The list of speakers and a detailed program will be posted on the conference website and will be included in the next circular in early April 2021. Previous workshops: 2019, 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011, 2009, 2007
