Academic interests
My research interests include combinatorial material science especially growth of wide bandgap semiconducting metal oxides by combinatorial physical vapor deposition. Special interest is on utilization of azimuthally and radially segmented targets within pulsed-laser deposition enabling creation of continuous composition spread, discreate material libraries or tailored composition profiles in growth direction for strain engineering from single targets. Another research interest is the fabrication and characterization of basic devices such as Schottky barrier and pn-diodes, photodetectors, digital and analogue electronic circuit elements etc. comprising transparent oxide semiconductors partly on flexible substrates for bendable circuitry.
