NAROM (Norwegian Centre for Space-related Education) is a great resource for the overview of space related education in Norway and abroad at different levels of education (high-school, university). You can see the overview of activities on the NAROM website.
Norwegian Space Center (NSC) as well as the European Space Agency / Education provide unique opportunities, such as master thesis in microgravity, student satellites, student conference program and summer schools. For some of these activities, the Norwegian Space Center offers student scholarships.
Several schools and workshops are also organized by different institutions.

Ground and space-based instruments for future research in Solar-Terrestrial physics, 6-11 June, deadline: March 27, 2016 through the website: http://www.cifs-isss.org/application.asp. The course is designed for PhD students and young post-doctoral researchers. The school will offer an interactive, hands-on approach to the computational and experimental techniques that will be applied in the next generation of ground- and space-based instruments for solar-terrestrial physics related research.
