Description
He is a 2012 visiting scholar to the Technical Nonproliferation and Disarmament Project of the United Kingdom – Norway Initiative hosted by the Center for Accelerator-based Research and Energy Physics. His research focuses on techniques and technologies to detect the presence and amount of Plutonium in a warhead under different device models and different shielding effects. His areas of interest include reactor neutron micro research, reactor dynamic parameter measurement, and parallel computing in neutron transport. Towards the end of his scholarship, he will participate in full scale simulations of warhead dismantlement verification regimes.
