Hubert Foy is a space scientist and nonproliferation specialist. He is a graduate of the Monterey Institute of International Studies, California (Master of Arts in International Policy Studies, Specialization in Nonproliferation Studies, 2010), International Space University Strasbourg, France (Master of Science in Space Studies, Specialization in space Science, 2007), and University of Buea, Cameroon (Bachelor of Science in Physics and computer Science, 2000).

Ibrahim Said is a career diplomat, 2nd Secretary in the office for disarmament and non-proliferation affairs of the Egyptian Ministry for Foreign Affairs since 2004. Prior to joining the Foreign Service, he conducted political research in the Egyptian Supreme Cultural Council and acquired the award of political committee for his research on Egypt national security.

Ligao Chen is a PhD at the Tsinghua University (Beijing) since 2010 and his research area is parallel computation in neutron transport. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University (Beijing) with a thesis on experimental measurement of neutron noise time interval distribution.

Sabina Maharramova is a graduate of the Baku State University (Master of Science in Theoretical Physics, 2006; and Bachelor of Science in Physics, 2004). Since 2006, she works as a researcher in the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences.

Simon ADU is a Research Scientist at the Radiation Protection Institute of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission since 2009. Parallel to his research scientist position, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences (SNAS) where he equally obtained his Master of Philosophy in Radiation Protection in 2008. He is also a graduate of the University of Cape (Bachelor of Science in Physics (Hons), 2005) and teaches courses in nuclear safety and security since 2011.

Zahra Ali is a Senior Scientist at Karachi Institute of Power Engineering since 2001. Parallel to her research position, she teaches courses in Health Physics and Radiation Protection and supervises students’ laboratory activities I the field of radiation detectors. Currently on study leave, she is a Ph.D. candidate in Plasma Physics at the ‘Universiti Teknologi Malaysia’. She is a graduate of Karachi Institute of Nuclear Power Engineering (Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering, 1999), an affiliate of the University of Engineering and Technology Karachi, Pakistan; and a graduate of Islamia University Bahawalpur, Pakistan (Bachelor of Science in Physics with Distinction, 1997).

Zhang Changfan is a graduate of the China Academy of Engineering Physics (Masters of Science in Nuclear Technology Application, 2010) and of Tsinghua University (Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics, 2007).
