Simon ADU is a Research Scientist at the Radiation Protection Institute of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission since 2009. Parallel to his research scientist position, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences (SNAS) where he equally obtained his Master of Philosophy in Radiation Protection in 2008. He is also a graduate of the University of Cape (Bachelor of Science in Physics (Hons), 2005) and teaches courses in nuclear safety and security since 2011.

Ligao Chen is a PhD at the Tsinghua University (Beijing) since 2010 and his research area is parallel computation in neutron transport. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University (Beijing) with a thesis on experimental measurement of neutron noise time interval distribution.

Ibrahim Said is a career diplomat, 2nd Secretary in the office for disarmament and non-proliferation affairs of the Egyptian Ministry for Foreign Affairs since 2004. Prior to joining the Foreign Service, he conducted political research in the Egyptian Supreme Cultural Council and acquired the award of political committee for his research on Egypt national security.
