The Geohazards Day is an important forum for addressing and managing the challenges posed by geohazards in Norway, bringing together experts from academia, industry, and public agencies. The goal is to showcase the latest research and discuss challenges and solutions within geoscience to promote interdisciplinary dialogue that drives innovative solutions and enhances the understanding of geohazards.

Welcome to the Geohazards Day 2025!

Welcome to the Geohazards Day 2025 in Oslo! Join us for two engaging days focused on geohazards and research. Day 1 will feature a conference filled with oral presentations, discussions, and poster sessions, and networking opportunities with others working in the field. On Day 2, you may participate in an excursion where attendees will have the chance to explore real-world geohazard sites and gain firsthand knowledge from professionals in the field.

This year’s conference will be held at the Toppsenteret conference center in the Research Park, conveniently located near the University of Oslo, Blindern. We look forward to seeing you in Oslo for the Geohazards Day and the conference in October!
