Even though the template is only in English, we accept contributions in both Norwegian and English.
Posters should be in portrait format, and A0 size is preferred. The boards can accommodate sizes up to 96 cm x 139 cm.
We offer travel support for students:
We recommend taking the night train from Bergen or Trondheim, and suggest using the night bus from Sogndal. For those traveling from Tromsø, flying is the only option.
For accommodation, we recommend teaming up with others and staying at budget-friendly options such as Anker Hotel, Hotell Bondeheimen, or other similar establishments.
The travel support will vary slightly depending on your departure location. We offer up to approximately NOK 2,500 to cover travel and accommodation for those coming from Bergen, Trondheim, or Sogndal. For travelers from Tromsø, we cover up to approximately NOK 3,500.
If you are located in Longyearbyen, we will need to make an individual assessment.
