Academic interests

I work on geomorphology and climate-related geohazards, with a particular focus on flood and mass-movement processes. My research is based on lake sediments as archives of past events. I am currently focusing on how the climatic conditions during the Little Ice Age affected the activity of climate related geohazards and societies in the Nordic region.
