Here are instructions on how to maintain the person pages.
The person pages are generated from the file "people_list.txt" to be placed in each directory. Do not edit the index.html file! Rather follow these instrucitons:
- Within each directory is a text file "person.list.txt" which is where to edit/add/delete persons
- To update the index.html file after editing run "sh make_people_list.sh < people_list.txt > index.html"
- Each directory has it priority set by "Vektlegging i menyer" (click the directory then "Rediger" and scroll down) to indicate where in the left meny they appear
The person list has a strict syntax:
- First line is the title used in the generated index file
- Each subsequent line represents a person, with the following syntax: name; title; affiliation; picture; homepage-link
- The file must end with a blank line
Note that ";" must come immediately after each entry. It can be followed by any number of spaces before the next entry.
