The Language Technology Group is responsible for the study programme in Informatikk: maskinlæring og kunstig intelligens ("Informatics: machine learning and artificial intelligence"). This is one of five bachelor programmes in Computer Science, and it is taught in Norwegian. The group also leads the English-taught master's programme in Informatics: Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Research groups Robotics and Intelligent Systems (ROBIN), Digital Signal Processing and Image Analysis (DSB) and Scientific Computing and Machine Learning (SCML) also contribute to both programmes. Furthermore, LTG staff contribute to the Computer Science course in search technology, as well.

Group members supervise a variety of topics and kinds of MSc projects. A list of candidate projects is available on-line, but we will also be happy to discuss individual ideas and define new projects in the broad realm of theoretic and applied language  technologies. Please make contact with us.
