What is it all about?

The event is an informal meeting place for students to know more about work opportunities. The purpose of the event is to give you as a student an insight into some of the many job opportunities that exist with a degree from the Department of Chemistry.

The event is free and no registration is required. It will take place in the Chemistry Canteen.

Program on September 25th

We are joined by two chemists, Ainara Nova Flores and Marte Sofie Martinsen Holmsen. Both work as researchers at the Department of Chemistry and have experience from foreign universities and research institutions.

They will share insights on:

  • Experiences from working abroad
  • Their desire to pursue a career in research
  • How they apply the knowledge and skills gained from their studies in their daily work
  • Any challenges they have faced as women in academia and research

Language: The event is mainly in Norwegian.
