Academic interests
Beside my curiosity in natural sciences, my main academic interests are spanning the whole topic of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, going from fundamental theory using quantum mechanical descriptions of nuclei, their ensembles and interactions to the application in practical challenges and research topics to elucidate structure of molecules, -materials and their dynamics. I have focused mostly on the application of solid-state NMR of inorganic materials such as catalysts, MOFs, sorbents for CO2 capture, and polymers. Furthermore I have an interest in heterogeneous catalysis, sorbents for gas cleaning, and reactor technologies for their applications.
