Academic interests

I work with ultrawide bandgap (UWBG) semiconductors, a class of materials that have bandgaps > 4eV , and therefore also high critical fields, making them excellent candidates for application in power electronics.

More specifically I work on growing Ga2O3 on diamonds, with the goal of understanding whether they can be a useful platform for power electronics. We do this by studying optimal growth conditions and the combined electronic properties of the two materials.
