Academic interests
My research focuses on gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃)-based semiconductor materials and devices. I am particularly interested in dopant engineering and electrical characterization, with emphasis on understanding how dopants, defects, and interfaces influence carrier transport and device performance. My work combines device fabrication, electrical measurements, and materials analysis to establish structure–property relationships in semiconductor systems.
